Les is currently ranked #17 in the Onewheel Racing League, having competed at Race For The Rail, Oak City Shred Fest, and DirtSurferz.

Les supports many organizations and local groups within Onewheel and is known for coaching and training riders to be their best.

Courtney Armstrong-Carroll, Les' wife, owns Belly's Bake Shop.
