Designed to pair seamlessly with the Albatross Titanium Adjustable Lower Base, Dexterity gives you sharper response, faster foot transitions, and unmatched maneuverability for street lines, trick progression, nudges, bonks, and urban terrain.
Dexterity carries forward the DNA of the original OWL Lifters — the foothold that pushed progression for trail and feature riders — and refines it into a smaller, tighter, more reactive stance for riders who want maximum foot-to-board connection.

Installation Instructions
The Albatross Lifter system is engineered for easy setup and swap-outs:
- Mount the titanium lowers.
- Attach your chosen upper variant.
- Slip on TPU pads — no bolts required.
To remove pads: insert a slim tool (key, screwdriver, utensil handle) between titanium and TPU at the narrow point, apply upward pressure, and pop off. Pads retain shape and tension through repeated use.
